Law from the University of Barcelona (San Pablo Foundation-Abat Oliba) and member of the Barcelona Bar Association. Master in Taxation from ESADE. Member of the AEDAF (Spanish Association of Tax Advisors). Member of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists (AHAJ).

She has developed her professional career for more than 10 years in various professional firms like KPMG, EY -where she participated in the creation and development of the Tax Due Diligence department-,and Bové Montero being its Head of German Desk for over 10 years.

Specialized in tax advice to companies and individuals both national and international, as well as in tax reviews in M&A transactions (business restructuring and international planning). She also has extensive experience in tax audits, tax claims and proceedings at the Economic-Administrative Courts and contentious administrative court proceedings.
