Law 18/2022, of September 28, on the creationand growth of companies("Create and Grow Law"),approved as part of the Spanish Program for Recovery, Transformation andResilience in compliance with Regulation (EU)2021/241 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council, of 12 February 2021 introduces measures toactivate drivers for recovery, modernization, and digitalization of the industry,especially the SMEs, with a program of investments and structural reformsrequiring an appropriate regulatory framework: Here we will refer to measures aiming at improving access to financing: Venture Capital and Investment Funds.
